D’FEETERS-SAMBA ACADEMY INFORMATION

• D’Feeters-Samba Development Academy in association with the D’Feeters Soccer Club provides the development of players to transition from the recreational to the competitive levels in youth soccer.
  
• D’Feeters-Samba Development Academy provides exceptional skill sessions, training facilities, coaching, and team structure that will develop young girls from 6 to 10 years of age.
  
• D’Feeters-Samba Development Academy offers a challenging, competitive, and educational program in which youth soccer players will develop their skills and learn sportsmanship, citizenship, and fair play.

The D’Feeters-Samba Academy’s goal is to provide the development bridge between recreational soccer and competitive soccer (also known as Select Soccer). The D’Feeters-Samba Academy Teams are formed throughout the year.  Our Academy teams will provide players the necessary tools to develop as a soccer player. The D’Feeters-Samba Academy register all teams in either SDL (Super Development League) or the PAL (Premier Academy League) to provide the best environment and the highest level of competition for the development of our players.

Players are invited to attend academy training at anytime, regardless of the time of year and soccer club or association affiliation.
To attend an open skills session, please contact one of our coaches or the academy team manager in your age group, they can provide you information on training times, locations, league information, training fees, etc.

The D’Feeters-Samba Academy teams are divided into 4 age groups:

Under 10 - Born between August 1, 1999 and July 31 2000
Under 9 - Born between August 1, 2000 and July 31 2001
Under 8 - Born between August 1, 2001 and July 31 2002
Under 7 - Born between August 1, 2002 and July 31 2003

All the D’Feeters-Samba Academy teams train and play indoor soccer.

NOW AVAILABLE to our Academy players/goalkeepers is the Samba Goalkeeping Academy for all academy ages regardless of the soccer club or association affiliation.  The Samba Goalkeeping Academy trains weekly on Thursday evenings.  Please contact Sean Miller at 214-476-6310 for information on specific training times, locations, training fees, etc.
