Don’s philosophy is about developing players. He believes the young players must be taught the correct techniques and encouraged to use them in practices and games. He also believes that players develop as they learn from their experiences and that the game itself is the best teacher. At all ages, Don believes in utilizing those individual player strengths to the advantage of the team.
